Delete your ISRC Direct account
Request from the app
While signed in, open Account & privacy, choose Request account deletion, review the retention notice, and confirm. Your account is immediately restricted while the request is processed.
Request without the app
If you no longer have the app, email Request deletion from the Google email address used for ISRC Direct. Include “ISRC Direct account deletion” in the subject. Support will verify account ownership before processing the request. You will not be required to reinstall the app.
What is deleted and retained
After verification, Google identity fields and the account display name are removed. We target completion within 30 days. Billing, refund, chargeback, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for up to seven years or as required by law. Permanent ISRC assignments, associated recording metadata, and the minimum audit trail are retained and never recycled or reassigned.
